How might we improve our relationship with food?
This is a UX/UI project from Women in Tech Bootcamp.
Based on a topic I'm really interested in, I wanted to understand how people feel about it.

The way women are portrayed and objectified for their looks has created a social pressure that has made their relation with food a lot more complicated that it should be. The more I learn about food and how it affects me both physically and emotionally, the easier I have found it to follow a balanced diet, and ultimately maintain a healthy relationship with food. I wondered if there are more people like me.

PROBLEM STATEMENT & HYPOTHESIS
People have difficulties around food because they are not having the space to relate food, body and mind.
Our solution should be that area where they can connect to feel better while reinforcing a balanced food habits.

· Learn about food and break any myth around it.
As the research showed, our energy level affects the way we enjoy our meals. That's why the main flow of the app is a short questionnaire that based on the answers, proposes different exercises and tips to reconnect with oneself.
